Software Support

VitalScan® offers outstanding software support for any product that is purchased through our company. We are available to answer any questions you might have about your Enterprise Content Management implementation and we are happy to assist you in troubleshooting any problems that may come up. VitalScan® provides two different levels of software support.

Gold Level Support

This level includes all technical assistance from VitalScan® employees and it also includes all available updates from the software manufacturer. VitalScan® employees can troubleshoot by telephone, online access, or onsite visits.

Silver Level Support

This level includes all technical assistance from VitalScan® employees but it does not include updates from the software manufacturer. VitalScan® employees can troubleshoot by telephone, online access, or onsite visits.
